comScore released the results of a global study into online gaming, showing the number of unique visitors to these sites to have reached almost 217 million worldwide – a year-on-year growth of 17 percent. The comScore World Metrix study took into account all sites that provide online or downloadable games, excluding gambling sites. Sehr fein. Nachdem die Bundesregierung in den letzten Jahren (und ganz besonders unter Schily) biometrische Pässe mit Funkchip (RFID) gefördert/gefordert hatte, bei denen neben körperliche Merkmalen und dem Foto auch Fingerabdrücke gespeichert werden sollten, scheint sie jetzt zurückzurudern.
Gerade einmal sechs Fälschungen bundesdeutscher Pässe wurden im Zeitraum zwischen 2001-2006 festgestellt. Nicht einmal ein einziger Fall ist der Bundesregierung bekannt, bei dem ein Terrorist einen deutschen Reisepass benutzt hat. Weiter »
Die Augsburger Allgemeine schrieb einmal über die Augsburger Band “Impotenz” (gegründet 1981), das ihr Sound “den vulgären Reiz eines Presslufthammers” habe. Wer sich davon selbst einmal überzeugen möchte, hat dazu wieder eine Chance. Nach dem durchaus überraschenden Revival der Band um Frontmann Arno Löb in Frühjahr 2007 scheinen es die Altpunks nämlich wirklich ernst zu meinen.
